End-User License Agreement
Effective September 30, 2026
1. This agreement
This agreement is between Asymmetric Applications Group, Inc. (“we” or “us”) and the organization that uses YieldPath (“you”). By creating an account or using YieldPath, you agree to it on behalf of your organization, and you confirm you have authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
2. Access
YieldPath is currently available by invitation. You are responsible for the people you invite into your organization, for the roles you give them, and for keeping sign-in details private. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.
3. License
While this agreement is in effect, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for your authorized users to use YieldPath for your organization's own operations. We keep all rights in the software itself.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, resell, or sublicense YieldPath, or offer it as a service to others.
- Try to reach another organization's data, or get around the service's security.
- Reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it.
- Use YieldPath to break the law or to store content you have no right to store.
- Overload the service, including through automated access we have not agreed to.
5. Your data
You own the records and files you put into YieldPath. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only as needed to provide the service to you and as our Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including quantities, prices, and certifications.
6. Connected services
If you connect QuickBooks Online or another service, your use of it is governed by that provider's own terms. Actions YieldPath takes in a connected service, such as creating and sending an invoice, are taken at your direction. Review invoices and other documents before you send them.
7. Fees
Any fees are those we agree with you in writing. If we introduce subscription pricing, we will give you notice before any charge applies, and you can choose not to continue.
8. Changes to the service
We improve YieldPath over time and may change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before removing something your organization relies on.
9. Ending this agreement
You can stop using YieldPath at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break this agreement, or if continuing would expose us or other users to legal or security risk. After access ends, an owner can ask for an export of your organization's records within 90 days, and deletion follows as the Privacy Policy describes.
10. Disclaimer
YieldPath is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. YieldPath is a record-keeping tool. It does not replace your own review of records submitted to certifiers, regulators, lenders, buyers, or tax authorities.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid none.
12. Governing law
Wisconsin law governs this agreement, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
13. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell organization owners by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use YieldPath after that means you accept the change.
